Moodah is a marketplace app for Lebanon. Sellers list their own fashion products, buyers pay cash on delivery, and the seller delivers. Moodah never charges sellers and never handles the money.

You confirm that every product you list is yours to sell, is not a fake or a replica, and matches its photos and description. Moodah reviews every store and every listing and may hide or refuse any of them.

Buyers in Lebanon have a 10-day right of withdrawal on distance sales. By selling on Moodah you acknowledge this right and handle returns and exchanges yourself, as described in your store’s return policy.

Delivery is free for the buyer. You confirm each order, ship it within the delivery time your store promises, and collect the cash on delivery. Orders that are not confirmed within 72 hours are cancelled automatically.

Moodah may suspend a store that breaks these terms. A suspended store’s contact details cannot open a new store.
